EZ DNA Methylation-Direct

EZ DNA Methylation-Direct Kits는 기존 EZ DNA Methylation 및 EZ DNA Methylation-Gold Kit를 더욱 개선한 Bisulfite Conversion Solution입니다. 본 제품은 DNA 정제 과정 없이 혈액(Blood), 조직(Tissue), 세포(Cell) 샘플로부터 직접 안정적이고 완전한 DNA Bisulfite Conversion이 가능하도록 설계되었습니다. 향상된 민감도를 기반으로 최소 10개의 세포 또는 50 pg DNA만으로도 Bisulfite-Converted DNA의 PCR Amplification이 가능하며, DNA Denaturation과 Bisulfite Conversion 과정을 One-Step Workflow로 통합하여 보다 간편하고 효율적인 실험 환경을 제공합니다. 회수된 Bisulfite-Converted DNA는 PCR Amplification, Restriction Endonuclease Digestion, Sequencing, Microarray 분석, NGS 등을 비롯한 다양한 Downstream Analysis에 적합합니다.

Significantly Improved Conversion Kinetics

EZ DNA Methylation-Direct™ Kit bisulfite chemistry significantly improves C to U conversion kinetics. DNA was converted using either EZ DNA Methylation-Direct™ or conventional bisulfite chemistries. Recovered DNA was amplified by PCR, then cloned. Sequences from individual clones were analyzed and quantitated. This data shows that EZ DNA MethylationDirect™ bisulfite chemistry improves the rate and extent  (> 99.8%) of C to U conversion of DNA as compared to conventional bisulfite chemistry.
