MAGicBead™ cfDNA Isolation Kit

The MAGicBead™ cfDNA Isolation Kit는 biofluids에서 탁월한 cfDNA 회수율을 제공하는 독특한 magnetic bead 표면 화학 기술을 특징으로 합니다. 최대 10mL의 혈장까지 입력이 가능하며, 모든 개방형 자동화 플랫폼 및 다양한 시료 유형(혈청, 타액, 소변 등)과 호환됩니다. 최소한의 단계로 구성된 간단하고 효율적인 추출 공정을 제공하며, 다른 유사 절차에서 흔히 사용되는 bead drying 단계가 필요하지 않습니다. 추출된 cfDNA는 PCR 또는 NGS를 포함한 기타 민감한 후속 분석에 영향을 줄 수 있는 효소 저해제가 없습니다.

Technical Specifications

Achieve the Highest cfDNA Yield

Total cfDNA yields from five different magbead-based kits. Triplicate preps of 1mL plasma each from a single donor was used. Yields were assessed using Qubit™ 1x dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Thermo-Fisher Scientific).

Superior Recovery of Short Fragment DNA

Percent reads mapped to human genome by insert size. cfDNA was extracted in duplicates from a single donor plasma using four magbead- based extraction kits. cfDNA inputs for Zymo-Seq SPLAT Library Prep Kit (D5464) were normalized to 10ng. Whole genome sequencing performed on NovaSeq6000 (Illumina) at 30X coverage.

500µL of cerebrospinal fluid, amniotic fluid, spun-down saliva (12,000 x g for 5 min at RT) or 3 mL of urine. Visualized using Cell-free DNA ScreenTape Analysis (Agilent Technologies).
