ZymoPURE™ Plasmid Kits 제품군의 일부인 ZymoPURE™ Plasmid Miniprep Kit는 spin column 기반 방법을 사용하여 15분 이내에 최대 100µg의 초고순도 endotoxin-free plasmid DNA를 정제할 수 있습니다. 독특한 spin column 설계로 버퍼 잔류량이 0에 가깝고 용출 부피가 작습니다. ZymoPURE™ 기술은 변형된 알칼리 용해법과 새로운 결합 화학을 이용하여 고농축 플라스미드 DNA(최대 3µg/µl)를 얻습니다. 또한, 세척 과정을 최적화하여 plasmid DNA에서 엔도톡신, 염, 단백질 및 RNA를 완전히 제거했습니다. 결과적으로 transfection, restriction endonuclease digestion, bacterial transformation, PCR amplification, DNA sequencing, 기타 민감한 후속 응용 분야에 적합한 plasmid DNA를 얻을 수 있습니다. 편의성을 더욱 높이기 위해 ZymoPURE™ Plasmid Miniprep Kit 에는 세균 세포 용해 및 중화 과정을 시각적으로 정확하게 확인하고 식별할 수 있는 colored buffer가 포함되어 있습니다.

Achieve the Highest Yield of Plasmid DNA from a Miniprep

Concentration and yield for plasmid DNA using the ZymoPURETM 96 Plasmid Miniprep kit compared to two popular 96 vacuum plate kits from Supplier Q and Supplier MN. Plasmid DNA (pGL3®) was isolated from 5 ml of JM109 E. coli culture grown overnight following the manufacturer’s suggested protocol (in duplicate). One (1) μl of eluted plasmid DNA was visualized post agarose gel electrophoresis. M, ZR 1 kb DNA Marker (Zymo Research).

Robust Purifi cation of High-Quality Plasmid DNA

Percent cross-contamination of two popular 96 vacuum plate kits from Supplier Q and Supplier MN compared to ZymoPURETM 96 Plasmid Miniprep kit. Plasmid DNA (pGL3®) was isolated from 1 ml of JM109 E. coli culture grown overnight following the manufacturer’s suggested protocol (in replicates). Unused wells adjacent to sampleprocessed wells were eluted and quantifi ed for the presence of pGL3® plasmid DNA through qPCR. The number of cross-contaminated unused wells was compared between kits.

Transfection effi ciency of plasmid prepared using ZymoPURE chemistry compared to two popular endotoxin-free kits from Supplier Q and Supplier MN. HeLa cells seeded in a 96-well plate were transfected with 0.2 µg of pGL3® plasmid isolated from an overnight E. coli culture. Luciferase activity was measured after 48 hours.
